Responsibility:
1. Planning/Implement/Controlling of EHS
·         Supervise all employees in safety issues; ensure safety working conditions in accordance with relevant laws.
·         Plan and carry out EHS operator on regular basis
·         Checking and improving operational EHS systems, equipment and procedures
·         Checking and improving fire protection systems and procedures
2. Cost control of department budget
·         Assure cost control of the yearly budget both in terms of capital expenditure and operating expenditure
3. Manage, train, develop, support and lead to staffs and workers
·         Ensure staff awareness is in compliance with company policies in all aspects
·         Ensure that staff has sufficient and superior skills within their working area
·         Planning of training requirements for staff
4. Health
·         In charge of Industrial hygiene, set up and maintain system
·         In charge of IH measurement
·         Health check for those employees exposure to hazardous positions and follow up relative corrective actions
5. Safety awareness
·         Training and education of all employees in the field of EHS
·         Ensure that all employees, suppliers and vendors use PPE when on site
·         Maintain Zero Injury project
·         Implement machine safety improvement
·         Set up and maintain the system for new machines
6. Environmental
·         Ensure all aspects that the company is in fully compliance of local regulations
7. Fire protection
·         Maintain and optimize the fire prevention system
·         Conduct Fire drills twice annually for plants and dormitories
Job Requirement
·         Bachelor degree or above, majored in EHS, Environment, Engineering, or Chemical related is a plus
·         At least 8+ year relevant EHS working experience in multinational company, of which 4+ years in manager level.
·         Capable to set up the EHS management system;
·         Familiar with relative EHS regulations and law, ISO 14001, OHSAS18001;
·         Good at risk management, include safety and fire;
·         Familiar with chemical management and toxic chemical;
·         Fluent English and presentation skill;
·         Positive sense of ownership, flexibility and fast decision-maker;
·         Good team player and people/project management
