Key Responsibilities主要职责：
-Establish and maintain EHS management system based on Corporate requirement, Chinese laws and OHSAS standards; 

-Lead and provide guidance to the continuous improvement of EHS performance to support achieve world class manufacturing;

-Integrate EHS objectives into business and operations planning through plant leadership and employee involvement;

-Direct EHS inspection and detect existing and potential accident and health hazards and accordingly determines corrective and preventive measures; 

-Arrange and conduct EHS training, promotion and communication to improve employee’s awareness and competence of EHS;

-Organize safety committee meeting quarterly, consolidate monthly report and provide EHS guidance to management team;

-Lead the safety action team to monitor and ensure all EHS policy and regulation are effectively implemented; 

-Ensure the fire fighting facility are in good operational condition; 

-Prepare the emergency preparedness and perform emergency drill according to schedule;

-Track the EHS requirement of government and build effective communication with government;

-Establish and implement processes for internal and external timely communication of significant EHS issues;

-Lead investigation of accidents and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented;

-Establish and maintain the effective 5S and visual management in the plant.

-Prepare and control overall EHS budget

Qualification/Competence Requirement资质/能力要求：
Qualification:

-Bachelors’ degree in Environmental Science / Engineering or Occupational Safety and Health; 

-At least 5 years professional EHS experience in EHS Management system (e.g. OHSAS 18001/ISO 14001/SA 8000); 

-At least3 years Supervisory experience;

Competency:

-Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams & effectively lead to significant results

-Demonstrate process troubleshooting skills

-Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

-Good presentation skills

-Bias for action, focus on speed and continuous improvement.

-Knowledge of government environmental regulations
